针对舰艇管网泄漏监测实时性要求高、拓扑结构复杂、泄漏定位难等特点,本文提出一种基于虚拟声波的管网泄漏检测和定位方法。基于虚拟声波的泄漏检测方法充分利用了声波传感器灵敏度高和压力变送器响应特性一致性好的特点,把实测压力通过数学模型转化成虚拟声波,实现泄漏的高灵敏度检测,利用该管网各分支节点接收到异常信号(虚拟声波)的先后顺序关系,实现泄漏信号传播方向的判别,进而实现管网泄漏管段和泄漏点的准确定位。实验结果表明:该方法泄漏检测灵敏度高,定位准确可靠。
Aiming at the characteristic of the ship network requires high real-time, its complex piping network and difficult location, proposed leakage detection and localization methodology for ship piping network based on virtual acoustic signal theory is obtained. This method makes use of high sensitivity of acoustic transmitters and consistent response characteristic of pressure transmitters by converting real-time pressure data to virtual acoustic signal and make high sensitive detection of leakage come true. According to each node's sequential relation receiving virtual-leaking acoustic signal of this piping network, discriminating the leakage signal's direction of propagation precisely, so as to realize the accurate pipeline-location and leakage location. Application shows that the proposed method detects pipeline leak rapidly and precisely, and it works reliably.
