针对一种新型电动舵机在舰船操舵装置中的潜在应用,研究了其高性能、高可靠性舵机装置技术实现途径,结合伺服电机变增益高精度控制算法,可以达到满意的低噪效果。通过样机设计制造和耐久性试验研究,证明电动舵机的操纵性和可靠性满足要求。舵机装置效率和振动噪声测试结果表明,该电动舵机在高效低噪方面取得了明显的效果。
Aiming at the potential application of a new type of electro-mechanical actuator for the steering gear for ships, the way to realize its high performance and high reliability steering gear technology is studied, with the variable gain and high precision algorithm for servo motor, the satistactory low-noise effect can be achieved. Through the prototype design and manufacture, with durability tests, proved the maneuverability and reliability of the electro-mechanical actuator.Test results show that the electro-mechanical actuator achieve remarkable results in high efficiency and low-noise.
