通过有限元分析方法对导弹发射过程中拉断螺栓式固弹装置的动态力学性能进行仿真研究,并根据仿真结果对发射内弹道模型进行了修正。最终通过发射內弹道原始计算结果、修正计算结果与试验结果的对比,验证了修正方法的正确性以及修正后发射內弹道模型的精度,该方法可用于其他含拉断螺栓式固弹装置的发射內弹道计算模型修正。
A Research on the dynamic mechanical properties of the snap-bolt fixed device during missle launch are conducted by finite element method. According to the simulation results, the launch interior ballistic calculation model is modified. Finally, the correctness and accuracy of the modified model are verified through the comparison between the calculated results and test data. Besides, this method can also be used to modify the calculation model of missle with another snap-bolt fixed device.
