为了提高船用柴油机运行的性能和可靠性,对柴油机缸内燃烧过程进行实时监测和控制的需求越来越强烈,而缸压信号实时采集处理技术是实现燃烧过程控制和监测的重要基础。基于原有控制系统增加燃烧闭环控制过程是最经济和现实的技术途径,因此本文基于柴油机控制系统的嵌入式硬件平台对满足燃烧闭环控制的缸压信号采集技术的要求和实现方法进行分析研究和验证,研究表明该方法能够满足柴油机燃烧闭环控制对缸压信号采集处理的精度和实时性要求。
In order to improve the performance and reliability of marine diesel engine, the demand for real-time monitoring and control of in cylinder combustion process of the diesel engine is becoming more and more intense, and the real-time acquisition and processing technology of cylinder pressure is an important basis to realize the control and monitoring of combustion process. Based on the original control system, adding combustion closed-loop control function is the most economic and practical technical way. Therefore, based on the embedded hardware platform of diesel engine control system, this paper analyzes and verifies the requirements and implementation methods of cylinder pressure signal acquisition technology to meet the combustion closed-loop control. The research shows that the method can meet the requirements of diesel engine combustion closed-loop control for cylinder pressure signal acquisition. The processing accuracy and real-time requirements.
