本文针对某水下动力系统中加湿氢氧燃烧的应用环境,分别设计了3种形式的燃烧室进气结构,通过仿真计算及试验手段对3种进气结构的氢氧燃烧组织性能进行了研究。经研究发现,同轴挡板式结构不能保证燃烧室头部的安全运行;同轴套管式进气结构燃烧火焰很长,所需燃烧室长度过长;同轴斜孔式结构在满足燃烧室头部安全运行的同时,可明显缩短火焰长度,进而缩短燃烧室长度。
In this paper, three types of combustor inlets are designed for the humidified hydrogen-oxygen combustion. Simulation and experiment are conducted to validate the performance of these inlets. Results reveal that Coaxial baffle type is not able to guarantee the combustion safety. coaxial sleeve type leads to the long combustion flame, thereby increasing the size of the combustion. Coaxial inclined hole type achieves the best performance among the three types as it not only insures the combustion safety but also decreases the flame length.
