小型电动船舶比传统燃油船舶对阻力大小更关注,纵倾优化减阻不需要改变船体外形,实施较为方便。选取1艘5.2 m长小型电动船舶作为研究对象,设计实船推力与功率关系试验以及功率与航速关系试验,以此获得实船推力与航速关系。通过CFD计算出稳定航速下的阻力,与实船试验结果进行对比验证CFD方法计算的可行性。进而通过CFD计算不同纵倾角下的阻力数值,得出小型船舶在不改变航速、载重量的条件下可以通过改变纵倾来减少阻力,对其他小型船舶也有一定的指导意义。
Small-scale electric ships pay more attention to resistance than traditional fuel oil ships. Reducing resistance by trim optimization do not need to change the hull shape, which is more convenient to implement. In this paper, a 5.2 m long electric ship is selected as the research object. The experiment on the relationship between thrust and power of engine, and the experiment on the relationship between power of engine and speed of ship are designed to obtain the relationship between the actual ship's resistance and speed. The resistance under steady speeds is calculated by CFD. The results of actual ship experiments are compared to the above experiments, in order to verify the feasibility of CFD method calculation. Then, the CFD is used to calculate the resistance values under different trim angles, and it is concluded that the small-scale ships can reduce the resistance by changing the trim angle under the condition that keep the speed and load as a constant. The result has certain guiding significance for other small-scale ships.
