“集散两用”船型的船体中部上层建筑振动特性分析

- 运输船的大型化虽然满足了运输要求,但也使船舶需要考虑的建造因素增多,船舶振动就是需要考虑的因素之一。上层建筑作为船体结构的主要构成部分,关系到船员的日常作息还有相关的仪器设备,船舶的振动会影响到船员的休息和健康、会干扰仪器的正常工作,甚至会影响上层建筑构件的使用寿命。某新型 “集散两用”船既可以用作集装箱船,还可以用作散货船,结构特殊,其中1个上层建筑位于船体中部、2个大货舱口之间,其受船舶振动影响的可能性更大。为了避免船舶振动对该新型 “集散两用”船的船中上层建筑造成不良影响,有必要用有限元分析法对其船中上层建筑进行振动特性分析,并对振动过强的区域采用可行的解决方案,提高船舶的稳性。
Although the large-scale transport ships meet the transport requirements, but also make ships need to consider more factors, ship vibration is one of the factors need to consider. The superstructure, as the main part of the ship’s structure, is related to the crew’s daily work and rest as well as related equipment, the vibration of the ship will affect the rest and health of the crew, interfere with the normal operation of the instrument, and even affect the service life of the superstructure. A new type of ship can be used as both a knock nevis and a bulk carrier. The structure of the ship is special. One of the superstructure is located in the middle of the hull between the two large cargo hatches, which is more likely to be affected by ship vibration, in order to avoid the harmful effect of ship vibration on the superstructure of the new type of ship, it is necessary to analyze the vibration characteristics of the superstructure of the ship by finite element method, and adopt the feasible solution to the area that vibration is too strong, improve the stability of the ship.
