船舶与海洋工程中铝合金的运用研究

- 近年来,船舶和海洋工程的发展尤为迅速,船舶建造材料成为研究的关键点之一,铝合金作为船舶建造材料的重要部分受到关注。本文分别从船舶的设计以及铝合金的特性等几大方面,结合铝合金在船舶应用中的设计案例进行分析。发现铝合金不仅拥有质量较轻的特性,还有最突出的一个优点就是耐腐蚀,其次还拥有较高的强度,容易加工、容易焊接等。因此,铝合金对船舶与海洋工程的发展起到了推动作用。
In recent years, the development of ship and marine engineering has been particularly rapid. The manufacturing materials of ships are called a key point of research. As an important part of the shipbuilding industry, aluminum alloy should be further studied. From the aspects of ship design and the characteristics of aluminum alloy, combined with the design cases of aluminum alloy in ship application, we found that aluminum alloy not only has the characteristics of light weight, but also has the most prominent feature, namely corrosion resistance, and also has high strength, easy processing, easy welding and other characteristics. Therefore, aluminum alloy has played a great role in promoting the development of shipbuilding and marine engineering, and also laid a good foundation for the development of shipbuilding industry.
