本文以某艘5.2万总吨位中型邮轮为例,提出一种适用于邮轮舱段简化分析方法并进行验证。详细介绍舱段有限元分析方法中模型、载荷及边界条件等选取,重点分析上层建筑各甲板总纵强度参与度,给出了合理的取值区间,可用于舱段有限元计算及指导类似邮轮结构设计。通过全船有限元结果对舱段简化计算方法的可靠性进行验证,指出偏差的原因。研究表明:邮轮上层建筑各甲板总纵强度参与度不同,有效度均值建议取0.6~0.7之间;舱段有限元计算结果与整船计算结果变化趋势相同,各甲板应力偏差不大,前期可为设计人员进行舱段有限元评估,具有一定的工程指导意义。
In this paper, a medium-sized cruise ship with a gross tonnage of 52 000 is taken as an example, and an applicable simplified analysis method of the part-hull is proposed and verified. This paper introduces the finite element model, loads and boundary conditions of the part-hull in detail, focuses on the analysis of the longitudinal strength participation of each deck of the cruise superstructure, and gives a reasonable value interval for finite element calculation of part-hull and guide the structural design of similar cruise ships. The reliability of the simplified calculation method of the part-hull is verified by the finite element results of the global model, and the causes of the errors are pointed out. The research show that the degree of participation in the longitudinal strength of each deck of the cruise superstructure is different, and the average value of the effective degree is recommended to be between 0.6 and 0.7. The finite element calculation results of the part-hull have the same trend as the calculation results of global ship, and the overall deviation is not large, which can be used for designers in the early stage. The finite element evaluation of the part-hull has some engineering guiding significance.
