破冰船在破冰的过程中,其在外力作用下形成的冰载荷会对船身造成一定的损伤,并且不同部位由于结构不同,遭受的作用力不同,造成了船体强度计算存在差异。因此完善破冰船的结构强度计算方法,分析并提升破冰船的破冰能力,就显得尤为重要。而有限元法可以较为便捷地模拟不规则形状结构,在计算一般荷载时可以基于力学模型进行离散化分析,不仅计算结果较为直观,同时计算效率也得到了相应的简化。本文以有限元法为突破口,对破冰船强度进行仿真计算,并进行结构强度的参数优化。
During the ice breaking process of the icebreaker, the ice load formed by the external force will cause certain damage to the hull, and different parts suffer from different forces due to different structures, resulting in differences in the calculation of the hull strength. Therefore, it is particularly important to improve the calculation method of the structural strength of the icebreaker, analyze and improve the icebreaking ability of the icebreaker. The finite element method can simulate irregular structures more conveniently, and can perform discretized analysis based on the mechanical model when calculating general loads. Therefore, not only the calculation results are more intuitive, but the calculation efficiency is also simplified accordingly. Based on this, this paper uses the finite element method as a breakthrough point to simulate the strength of the icebreaker and optimize the parameters of the structural strength.
