针对低频隔振需求,提出一种由1根垂向弹簧和4根有预压的水平斜向弹簧组成的五弹簧准零刚度隔振装置。首先,通过静力学分析实现准零刚度的参数条件,建立隔振装置的动力学模型,利用谐波平衡法分析系统的幅频特性,利用跳跃频率和力传递率进行稳定性分析。最后,讨论激励幅值、阻尼比、安装角度对隔振性能的影响。结果表明,五弹簧准零刚度隔振装置拥有较好的低频隔振性能,且其简单的设计构造使其更易工程化,也可为其他类似准零刚度模型提供思路。
A five-spring quasi-zero-stiffness (QZS) vibration isolator consisting of a vertical spring and four horizontal oblique spring with pre-stress was proposed. Firstly, parameters of QZS were discussed from a static analysis, a dynamic model of vibration isolation was built, and the frequency-response characteristic was analyzed using harmonic balance method, deriving expressions for jump frequency and force transmissibility and conducting stability analysis. Finally, the effects of excitation amplitude, damping and angle of installation on vibration isolation performance were discussed. The results showed that excellent low-frequency vibration isolation can be achieved by five-spring QZS vibration isolator, of which simple design and construction make it more convenient to be engineered, and can provide ideas for other similar QZS vibration isolator models.
