针对大型舰船用无刷直流电机在运行过程中会出现转矩脉动的问题,设计基于开通角的大型舰船用无刷直流电机转矩脉动抑制方法,提高大型舰船用无刷直流电机转矩脉动抑制能力。构建舰船用无刷直流电机数学模型,在该模型基础上分析舰船用无刷直流电机的换相过程中电流变化情况,针对换相产生的转矩脉动,采用开通角控制开通相的开通时间,实现大型舰船用无刷直流电机转矩脉动抑制。实验结果表明:在电机低速和高速运行时,分别采用推迟开通相开通时间、提前开通相开通时间等方式,抑制大型舰船用无刷直流电机转矩脉动,该方法可有效抑制电机转矩脉动,满足不同工况下电机运行的需求,保障大型舰船用无刷直流电机安全运行。
In response to the problem of torque ripple during the operation of large ship brushless DC motors, a torque ripple suppression method based on opening angle is studied to improve the torque ripple suppression ability of large ship brushless DC motors. Construct a mathematical model of a brushless DC motor for ships, and analyze the current changes during the commutation process of the motor. In response to the torque ripple generated by commutation, the opening angle is used to control the opening time of the opening phase to suppress the torque ripple of a large brushless DC motor for ships. The experimental results show that when the motor operates at low speed and high speed, methods such as delaying the opening time of the opening phase and advancing the opening time of the opening phase are used to suppress the torque ripple of large ship brushless DC motors. This method can effectively suppress the torque ripple of the motor, meet the needs of motor operation under different working conditions, and ensure the safe operation of large ship brushless DC motors.
