为满足船舶的全方位智能化管理的发展需求,提升船舶行业的运营效率、管理水平和安全性能,设计虚拟现实交互技术的船舶数字化服务平台。利用半实物仿真方法,在防碰撞检测下生成船舶三维模型;利用多层次细节建模技术进行VR模块设计,采用交互界面布局优化模型生成船舶数字化服务交互界面,用户可通过头戴VR设备以及沉浸式投影的方式进行数字化服务交互。测试结果显示,该平台能够可靠完成数字化船舶三维模型构建,拟合度结果均在0.906以上,界面生成效果好,可实现虚拟场景交互以及增强培训与安全教育效果,提升船舶管理的智能化水平。
To meet the development needs of comprehensive intelligent management of ships and improve the operational efficiency, management level, and safety performance of the shipbuilding industry, a digital service platform for ships using virtual reality interaction technology is designed. Using semi physical simulation methods to generate ship 3D models under collision prevention detection; Using multi-level detail modeling technology for VR module design, using an interactive interface layout optimization model to generate a ship digital service interaction interface. Users can interact with digital services through head mounted VR devices and immersive projection. The test results show that the platform can reliably complete the construction of digital ship 3D models, with fitting results above 0.906. The interface generation effect is good, which can achieve virtual scene interaction, enhance training and safety education effects, and improve the intelligence level of ship management.
