为特种船舶的需要在AU螺旋桨基础上对叶型进行对称化处理得到对称螺旋桨模型,应用计算流体动力学方法为某AU型螺旋桨进行敞水数值模拟,得到该螺旋桨正向旋转时的水动力性能,并与实验图谱数据进行误差分析,证明数值方法的有效性。为对称螺旋桨进行了敞水性能模拟,对比数据分析对称螺旋桨水动力性能的优势和劣势,为特种船舶的推进设计提供可靠的参考数据。
This paper alters the blade section of AU propeller to build the symmetry propellers for a special boat, the open water hydrodynamics feature of AU propeller was simulated by CFD method. Research data were compared to the experiment chart and to verify the effectiveness of the numerical method. The force, torque, and related coefficient of both propellers were compared. The merits and drawbacks of symmetry propeller were summarized through calculation and analyses.
