船舶用气调集装箱对我国远洋船员身体素质的保持具有重大作用。本文提供一种通用的船舶用气调集装箱的设计方法。这种方法通过对制氮、制冷和加湿功能模块的工况进行细化,解决气调保鲜集装箱由于体积小,使得各功能模块处理能力小,设计中参数匹配困难的问题,对以后这一领域的研究具有指导和借鉴意义。最后算例表明,运用本方法可以很好地完成气调集装箱的设计。
It is important to keep the healthy quality of ocean seamen in our country. And the controlled atmosphere container for shipment is one of key equipments used for this purpose. In this paper, a general design method for the container is built. The characteristic of the method is working conditions segmentation of nitrogen making, refrigeration and humidification functional unit. The problem of parameters matching which lead by the container small volume is solved by this method. This research is significance for correlation studies. The calculation example at last shows that the design of controlled atmosphere container can be finished very well used this method.
