美国水下机动无人系统能力发展新构想

中文摘要:美军试图通过大力发展以机动无人系统为主体的水下战无人装备,加强前沿水下无人系统预置,全力推进水下无人区域机动预警探测系统布建,重点攻关水下自主通信组网、自主协同、自主探测预警等先进技术,打造新型水下作战体系能力。本文通过解读美军近年发布的《未来海军》、海上项目增补计划、颠覆性技术领域发布的项目文件,及水下机动无人系统与技术新发展项目研发和试验中取得的一些成果,初探了未来机动无人系统能力的发展设想。
英文摘要:USN attempts to develop maneuverable underwater unmanned system (UUS) as a main equipment of underwater unmanned warfare, strengthen to preset UUS in battlefield frontier, establish maneuverable early warning detection system in the underwater unmanned area, especially research technology on underwater autonomous communications network and autonomous early warning and detection network,to create the new ability of underwater warfare system. This essay briefly introduces the developing conceive of maneuverable UUS in the future through analyzing the ‘The future Navy’, ‘The Naval S&T Strategy’, Supplement plans of sea project, project documents in the field of disruptive technology as well as some achievements gained during the process of R&D and sea trail of UUS and new technology development project.
