海上浮动核电站是小型核反应堆与船舶工程的有机结合,目前国内外均不存在海上浮动核电站相关的设计规范,为了评估海上浮动核电站堆舱碰撞安全水平,本文研究并总结了国际核商船安全规则的堆舱碰撞安全设计要求,对比具有类似特殊安全要求的使用气体或低闪点燃料船舶的燃料舱碰撞安全设计要求,将概率分析法引入堆舱碰撞安全评估,提供了一种海上浮动核电站堆舱碰撞安全评估方法。
The floating nuclear power plant(FNPP)is an organic combination of small nuclear reactors and marine engineering. At present, there is no relevant design code for FNPP worldwide. In order to evaluate the level of collision safety of the FNPP, this paper researched and summarized the international nuclear merchant ship safety code on collision protection design requirements, and compared with similar special fuel tank collision safety requirements of the international code of safety for ships using gases or other low flashpoint fuels. Referred with the design characteristics of floating nuclear power plant project, the probability analysis method is introduced into the safety assessment of the reactor compartment, providing one way for the floating nuclear power plant project reactor collision safety design assessment.
